This project has been organized by several activists from St. Petersburg who moved to Yerevan after the war began. Their acquaintances from the academic circles who stayed in Russia wrote about the problems they faced because of their anti-war stance, and this is how the idea of supporting students and employees of universities and other educational and cultural institutions, who could easily be fired or expelled for careless remarks or for being detained at a protest action, was born.
The work is being done in three areas:
— Organizing psychological help,
— Individual financial assistance for activists facing political persecution and/or daily life difficulties,
— Providing safe shelter for those in need, in one's own city or elsewhere.
