May 27 — June 25
The events will be held in late May — early June in Tbilisi, Yerevan, Vilnius, Warsaw and Berlin. The program’s main theme is search for new solutions to overcome online censorship and restore digital freedoms.
International experts will present technologies that can be used to bypass blocking. During the hackathon, participants will develop prototypes of social and IT projects that will be aimed at overcoming information isolation and establishing communications within the emigrant community.
The organizers invite developers, employees and volunteers of media and human rights NGOs, anti-war activists and other civil projects to participate.
