OK Russians, an organisation helping Russians who oppose the war in Ukraine, has made a project to study the impact of blockings on the availability of information in Russia, the Port Research and Distribution Centre
The centre will have two main areas of work:
The first is the Port mailing list for media workers and NGOs who have been or are at risk of being blocked. The second is an open database for users. There, you can read about VPNs, Tor and other ways to bypass Roskomnadzor's bans.
"The database will be updated depending on the blocking situation and new ways to bypass restrictions. We do not only discuss the tools, but also mention the risks associated with their use."
