“Dear Colleagues” works as information exchange service between students, teachers and scientists from Ukraine, Russia and Belarus who have been forced or feel the need to leave for other countries due to hostilities or political persecution in their homeland. The project has a Telegram channel, a chatbot and a database of guides, various vacancies and other opportunities for relocation.
