Russian Culture in Exile and at Home
Lecture by film critic Anton Dolin in Paris
"Russian culture in exile and within the country: 100 years ago and today" — a
lecture and discussion with Anton Dolin will take place on June 23rd at the
Rachmaninov Conservatory in Paris.
As conceived by the organizers, "it is an opportunity to bring together a Russian-
speaking community in Paris around the theme of culture and art. The
experience of life in exile is something that unites us all. Each of us has our own,
unique experience, unlike any other. And yet it is a universal language, accessible
only to us — people who have left their country and found a new home in another."
