The Common Ground Center, a place for locals and those new to the city to socialize, operates in Riga
"From Monday through Saturday from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. you'll find a library with books in Ukrainian, Latvian, English, and Russian, two playrooms for children, a quiet room, and a co-working room with Wi-Fi. Here you can always take the clothes and shoes you need, wash and dry your things, play table games, kicker and ping-pong. It's all free."
The center also hosts language, drawing, yoga and music classes for adults, teenagers and children, psychotherapy meetings, concerts, and excursions.
