Rapid Response Unit — Emergency Evacuation from Russia

Transparency International — Russia launched a program of rapid evacuation for anti-corruption activists, investigative journalists, staff of human rights NGOs and politicians involved in anti-corruption activities from Russia.

“People who are at risk of persecution by the state or its affiliate agencies can, at the expense of the program, leave the country and temporarily settle in a safe location in preparation for moving to a permanent place of residence. We pay for the flight, month-long rent for an apartment and provide per diem for the same amount of time”.
