VPN technology allows people to access sites and use social networks blocked in Russia. Following the resources themselves Roskomnadzor began to block VPN services themselves, and this forces users to look for new, still working VPNs.
The creators of VPN "People for People Network" offer to use the technology they created for free and without restrictions. They write: "We sincerely want to provide access to the free Internet to everyone who wants to see the world as it is, know the truth, be aware of the latest events, communicate without censorship and control by political regimes... Services will always remain free for users. We do not collect any personal information and do not pursue any commercial purposes.
