The Russian Anti-War Committee is the initiative of Russian politicians, economists, scientists, artists and writers, united by the mission of ​​confronting Putin's military aggression and political repression in Russia. Committee members include Sergei Aleksashenko, Sergei Guriev, Boris Zimin, Vladimir Kara-Murza, Garry Kasparov, Yulia Latynina, Lyubov Sobol, Mikhail Khodorkovsky, Evgeny Chichvarkin, Viktor Shenderovich.

The Ark project provides temporary free of charge housing in Yerevan and Istanbul, assistance in establishing contacts in different countries and legal advice.
“We support Russian immigrants who left the country after the Russian attack on Ukraine. Most of them are experiencing difficulties: credit cards are blocked, no savings, and due to a large influx of people, it is almost impossible to rent a place to live”.
