Charitable Foundation "Dům Dobra" finds suitable housing for Ukrainian refugees
“One of our main goals is to provide refugees with housing in the Czech Republic. To do so we opened the doors of three Dům Dobra shelters, where more than 400 refugees can live”.
The very first was Dům Dobra Karlín — a hostel for mothers and children, where residents are provided with a bed in a room for 4 to 8 people, shared shower rooms and toilets, a kitchen with a dining room, a laundry room, children's playroom with toys, colouring books and children’s clothes.
Two more shelters have been opened, but the need for temporary housing remains considerable and "Dům Dobra" is looking for more available spaces for temporary housing, as well as continues to send humanitarian aid to Ukraine.
