DEC is a group of 15 leading UK-based charities that raises funds to help those affected by natural disasters and humanitarian crises — by collecting and distributing funds to the most reputable and effective charitable organizations that provide practical assistance.
DEC unites such foundations as Save the Children, Action Against Hunger, OXFAM and other foundations that help Ukrainian refugees today. It was to DEC that Queen Elizabeth II sent her private donations for the needs of Ukrainian refugees.
