“Two months ago I was asked how one moves to Europe as a UX writer and I realized I didn't know the answer to that question. So I thought that we need to find people who know how to do it. Our MentorMove project was handmade really fast by the two of us in five days. Today we have 140 specialists from various fields providing help to those who need it. And an awesome team of volunteers, without whom the project would not work”.
The team of mentors includes IT recruiters, marketers, designers, developers, programmers, managers, teachers and other specialists. Mentors can review resumes and portfolios, help navigate the market and answer questions about employment, suggest where to find grants and scholarships, and, possibly, recommend applicants to the companies they work for.
Consultations are available in Russian or English. The project has a Telegram channel with news and events related to job search.
